This is an experimental clone of the rexxutil.dll with source. Please see the readme.txt file included in the archive before you attempt to use this dll.

I think this was something to read large files and of course I cannot remember why. Anyway, committed for reference in case I remember.

A version of pcre I built using Open Watcom years ago for use in other apps (i.e. grep).
